Sarah Crosby
Sarah Crosby has been a lifelong resident of NH. Since she was five, she would go out and pick wild flowers for her mother, sparking a passion for flowers. When she entered high school, she took a floral design class and two horticulture classes. She was a member of the FFA Rochester Chapter where she was sentinel in 2010 and president in 2011. After graduating high school, Sarah went to UNH and got her degree in Ornamental Horticulture. Since graduating, she has only ever worked in the floral design industry, honing and improving her design skills. Wild Violet Florist was then established in 2022, allowing her to live out her dreams of bringing out the beauty of each and every flower; putting a smile on the faces of those who receive them. “The beauty of flowers is forever captured in the way floral designers make them a part of our life’s memories. ” -Idalina Bertone

At Wild Violet Florist- we arrange and style flowers for all occasions. We bring a fresh approach to floral design allowing the flowers to do what they do best: bring beauty into our lives. We are passionate about flowers and we like to share our love of floral design with others. Whether watching as we create a custom floral bouquet for you or collaborating about flowers for your wedding or special event, we love what flowers do for people. As the purchaser of items from Wild Violet Florist LLC, the purchaser agrees that:
• All sales are final.
• As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
• All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
• It is our policy to replace the unsatisfactory item via exchange, bringing a new design and taking the old back into possession.
• As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
• Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
• If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.
• As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise their longevity will be compromised. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement. For the most long-lasting flowers, please change the water every two days, give the ends a fresh snip and keep the arrangement away from close proximity to heat sources.
• As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Wild Violet Florist reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
• If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will put the name of the sender on the card.
• Delivery times are generalized to “late morning” through “late afternoon/evening” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.
• It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not spoil surprises (unless weather related or specifically requested in the special instructions).
